我发现可能是软件的问题。
将tb_top中的 pixel_ram[1&lt;&lt;25:0] 改未 pxiel_ram[1&lt;&lt;21:0]
ref_mem[1&lt;&lt;25:0] 改为  ref_mem[1&lt;&lt;22:0] 可以正常仿真。可能是早期版本的vivado使用大内存出错了。
